Faulty Products
If your tag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days.
We will offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund
as required under UK consumer law.
Personalised Products
Activated or customised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
